RENTAL APPLICATION

For a rental property listed as "Available" you can download the WA4Rent Rental Application in Acrobat Reader format and print it out.

We require a $25 processing fee plus 1/2 of the security deposit to hold the property for up to 14 days. The holding deposit is refundable if the application is not approved. Properties are shown by appointment and a WA4Rent showing agent can collect your application and fees during the showing. It is possible to apply for a property without actually seeing it, but we recommend you view the property first if possible. If you wish to apply for a property, please call us at 360-280-1787 to make arrangements.
